Amazingly Easy 30-Minute Pizza Pasta Recipe

Amazingly Easy 30-Minute Pizza Pasta Recipe

After a long day at work or school, is there anything better than a one-pot meal? Anything that doesn’t create a ton of dishes is always a win in my book. Plus, who doesn’t love pizza and pasta? This super easy 30-minute Pizza Pasta will make even your picky eaters happy!

Pizza Pasta is just as yummy as a regular pizza but 30-minute pizza pasta only takes 30 minutes to make start to finish! We like to use mini pepperoni, mild Italian sausage, and whatever fresh veggies I have on hand, but you can customize this meal however you like. Canadian bacon, pineapple, peppers, chicken, or whatever you would normally put on your pizza would be easy substitutes. You could also use penne, bowtie pasta, or elbow noodles instead of the rotini if you choose. Just make sure to adjust your cooking time accordingly!

30-Minute Pizza Pasta Recipe

This recipe uses ground sausage, diced veggies, and marinara sauce to cook the pasta until tender. We top ours with a bunch of mozzarella cheese and more pepperoni. You can let it cook for a minute or two more on the stovetop to melt the cheese or pop your whole (oven-safe) pot into the oven at 400 degrees for a couple of minutes to brown the cheese. My kids love to sprinkle theirs with parmesan cheese and I toss a few red pepper flakes on mine. We serve our 30-minute Pizza Pasta with a big salad and French bread. An easy weeknight dinner that everyone will actually eat!
