Twiniversity is thrilled to bring our expecting twins classes to the Windy City! Expecting twins classes are now open for registration for expecting and new parents of twins and higher order multiples living in the Chicago area. Our twins classes will prepare you for everything you need to know BEFORE the twins arrive (including what you need to buy!) and AFTER the twins arrive through their first 6 months of life. It’s the perfect way to get ready to bring home your dynamic duo!
All classes are taught by Twiniversity’s Dean of Parents, Julie Burt Nichols.
All Chicago classes are held at Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro at 3905 N. Lincoln Ave, Chicago. Mrs. Murphy & Sons is just 15 minutes from the Kennedy Expressway – Irving Park exit. A free lot with limited spots is open after 5 pm at the corner of Lincoln and Byron. There is ample metered street parking and some free spots on side streets.
See what our students are saying…
“Julie was fantastic! I loved how relaxed, honest and personal she was. She made it feel like a very comfortable and safe environment to talk about any of our fears or questions.”
“Julie was personable, friendly, funny and poised. I was impressed by Julie’s wealth of knowledge as well as her unflappability while teaching. As a teacher of over ten years, I found her to be an excellent instructor.”
“I would highly recommend this class to any parents expecting twins! I walked away feeling much more prepared for our twins arrival and confident that we were going to be okay (or at least we now had a list of great resources that we could call on if we needed any help). While the hospital classes are great for preparing for the birth and understanding the medical side of things, the Twiniversity classes assist parents for pregnancy and twin preparation, the birth, and most importantly what happens once the twins have arrived.”
“Thank you again for a wonderful evening! It was so much fun and you are a fabulous speaker with a wealth of knowledge that was greatly appreciated!”
“I highly recommend this for first time parents or first time parents of twins. I took about fifteen pages of notes, which will no doubt be invaluable as the twins arrive. A great experience all around!”
