Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, announced a voluntary recall of over 4.7 million Fisher-Price® Rock ‘n Play Sleepers on April 12, 2019.Since the 2009 product introduction, over 30 infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled over while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Fisher-Price at www.service.mattel.com for a refund or voucher. You can also contact Fisher-Price at 1-866-812-6518 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time.
