We recently asked our Twiniversity fans “What are you most looking forward to as a new parent to twins?”

Here’s what they had to say:

– Pretty much everything, even the extra cups of coffee that I know I’ll need. ∼ SK

– I lost my mom when I was 5, so I’m excited for the love I will get from my boys! The hugs, kisses and cuddles!          ∼ DM

– I can’t wait to see them interact and play with each other. ∼ AGH

– I am looking forward to seeing the connection and bond they will have. ∼ TAC

– Just being a mom is what I’m looking forward to the most. The first moments, the laughs, the cries, etc. ∼ AH

– As a gay couple, you can’t imagine the journey it takes to get to this point. The process is long and expensive. It has it’s ups and downs. It’s moments of joy and unfortunately sorrow. To know that we are within days of becoming dad’s is surreal. I might sound crazy, but I’m looking forward to the sleepless nights, the bottle feedings and the diaper changes. It has been a long awaited dream and I think ALL of the things they will bring will be welcomed with tears of joy. For it is only once they arrive that I can say WE DID IT- WE ARE FATHERS! ∼ PJ

– I’m not going to lie, I’m excited to not being by and pregnant anymore… this has been a very rough pregnancy for me. ∼ RS

– I’m typing this from my hospital bed, 22 weeks with identical twin boys and what I’m most excited about is for them to arrive safely and healthy. They are determined to come early, but we’re praying they hold on just a bit longer.  ∼ CC

– We’re most looking forward to seeing their similarities and their differences. We’re having identical twins so we’re excited to see what they have in common and where they differ. It will be interesting for sure! ∼ KK

– I’m looking forward to double birthday parties and watching my babies grow up along side each other as best friends! Knowing that they will each have a built in best friend, that they’ve known since conception, is seriously such a cool idea! ∼ HA

– I am looking forward to be a parent in general. These are our first babies and our world is about to be turned upside down! (I know this is an understatement) I couldn’t be more excited! ∼ CLL

– I’m looking forward to seeing them grow and hearing about their hopes and dreams. I’m also looking forward to seeing my older two helping them through life and hopefully watching a bond between the twins and all four of my girls. ∼ JB

– Just having the opportunity to do it all again! Secondary infertility was our issue and we were blessed with 2 babies after 2 years of trying. ∼ HL

– I look forward to all the snuggles, lovin, and being able to guide and protect the bond we have as a parent is indescribable and incomparable. ∼ AB

– I’m going to live in the moments, I’m not going to rush milestones. I want to hang onto all the moments because I know how fleeting they are! ∼ SC

– I am looking forward to the amount of teamwork it’s going to take for my husband and I! We are excited to take on this adventure together! ∼ MG

– I’m looking foward to all the fun they’ll bring! Our first family vacation, their first birthday and just all their firsts.  ∼ CH

– I’m looking forward to introducing our girls to their 100 year old Great Grandmomma. ∼ AA
