The Twin Z Pillow
The Twin Z nursing pillow is a W-shaped pillow that has a few different uses. First, it’s an excellent option for tandem breastfeeding. Outside of nursing, you can also use it for bottle feeding and lounging.
You may hear some twin parents say that use it for their twins to nap in. But that’s not one of it’s intended uses since its setup doesn’t match safe sleep practices.
If you use it for lounging and bottle feeding your infant twins, just realize that you need to do so with careful supervision. Since you can’t strap the babies in, they can easily slouch down to an unsafe position if not being watched carefully.

Twin Table for Two
The Table for Two Twin Feeding System is intended to be used for bottle feeding (and eventually spoon-feeding) from birth through the first year with twins.

So, should you get the Twin Z pillow or the Table for Two for your twins?
It’s not really a matter of either or here. It really boils down to your feeding situation and your budget!
In reality, you could totally get and use both. Especially if you have folks who you know are looking to buy things off of your twin baby registry.
If you only want to get one, consider how you plan to feed your twins. If you’re planning to tandem nurse them or just want another versatile lounging device, then the Twin Z is a better option for you. On the flip side, if you plan to bottle feed only, then you may choose to go with the Table for Two.
Again, it all really boils down to what you intend to use each for based on your specific situation.
