Live Twin Sleep Class
Several times throughout the year, Twiniversity’s in-house doula and certified gentle sleep coach Lauren Oak hosts a live Twin Sleep Class. There are two versions of this class: 0 – 6 months and 6 months – 2 years.
These live classes are a great way to feel less alone in your struggles and get your specific questions answered. There’s almost always time for Q and A at the end (and sometimes throughout class).
Check here to see when the next Twins Sleep Class is being held so you can be sure to save your seat.
