A somewhat “loose” schedule

“We have a loose schedule because with twins you have to be able to roll with the punches.

7am Wake up and milk

8-9am Breakfast

Nap

12pm Milk

1pm Lunch

230pm Nap

6pm Dinner

7-8pm Bedtime routine, Milk

Of course will all the awake time we’re playing inside and outside, reading books, going for walks, going to appointments, etc. The main goal for every day is keeping everyone alive, fed, happy, and entertained”

“7am wake, snuggles, breakfast, play, stroller walk

10-11:30am nap

12pm lunch, play, social time/mom meet up, reading, play

2:15-3:45pm nap

4pm snack, play, music, dinner, play, stroller walk

6:30pm bedtime routine and lights out at 7pm”

— Stephanie

“Mine are 27 months now, so I don’t fully remember their schedule exactly. But we all got up around 1030/11 am, played, they napped 1-330, then we had lunch and bottle then another nap around 6-730, dinner and bottle, then bed at 10 pm. In between we played with toys or went for a walk. They only crawled a little at that time so they don’t do much yet.”
